Kumbaya style - we're going to mastermind your business struggles. Everyone gets a turn in the hot seat (if you'd like one - totally encouraged!) where you'll voice your struggles and we'll help you through some solid business strategies to help you come out on the other side!

Oh girlfriend. we'll play.

We're going to get your business into SHAPE, but this is also a time of relaxation, biz bestie bonding time and hanging with the girls.

Mimosas and margaritas will be included, as well poolside breaks, morning yoga, leisure time to lounge around the house or go out on the town and plenty of time to cuddle up in your private or shared sleeping quarters away from the daily stresses. This is a vacation, friend. It just happens to also be a very productive one ;)

A gourmet, totally chic kitchen, where we'll have  everflowing coffee, decaf, matcha, chai and yerba matte, as well as daily breakfasts and lunches and optional margaritas and mimosas (all included)!

Flat lay styled shoots on the massive marble island with windows full of natural light are welcomed, the fridge will be stocked full of healthy, energizing snacks and the bar has ample seating for morning coffee chats, evening cheers and mid-day workshops.

Two full living areas in this open concept home allow for ample room for guests to spread out around while also not feeling excluded from the activities (we all need our introvert space!). A large fireplace, and even larger wall-mounted TV adorn the main living area and a second wall-mounted TV and oversized sofa furnish the second.

The outdoor space homes a spacious pool, hot tub, golfing green and plenty of reclining pool chairs and seating space to enjoy in the warm spring and fall Phoenix sun. A wide grassy area is where we'll have morning yoga (as many sessions as we'd like!) and is a perfect place for lunch picnic breaks!


The Private Quarters

2 giant king master suites, 3 private queen bedrooms and a 2 double/2 single shared room make up the 9 bedroom home's sleeping arrangements.

With budgets and privacy for everyone's needs, you'll be able to socialize or introvert as much as you'd like.

Each master suite comes with its own modern and updated full bathroom, with an additional 1.5 baths for the rest of the guests to share.

The downstairs master suite includes a king-sized bed, its own sliding glass door to the backyard courtyard, an all-white bedroom furniture and linens, lots of natural light and a private, modern master bathroom.

The upstairs master suite includes a a king-sized bed with modern grey decor and a sliding barn door into the private bathroom which features a large, modern glass-door, walk-in shower and modern vanity.

The three queen-sized private bedrooms each include modern decor, white linens with subtle, natural accents, lots of beautiful natural light, upstairs or downstairs locations and access to the shared 1.5 bathrooms.

The shared room includes two bunk bed sets with singles atop double-beds. Natural light and white linens make this shared space feel nice and large, despite the smaller square footage. Guests of the shared space have access to the shared 1.5 bathrooms.

Absolutely! We'll accommodate dietary restrictions as best as possible and we'll be only 2 miles away from a thriving restaurant and bar scene if you'd like to go out. We also will have lunches, breakfasts, snacks and drinks in abundance :)

Check in is at 3pm MST on October 11, 2018 and check out is at 11am October 14, 2018.

If you get here early or leave late, we can grab coffee together at one of my favorite spots or stroll around Target or do something else fun :)

What Am I getting out of the Workcation?

First of all, a relaxing girlfriend-y weekend, filled with good food and drinks, even better company, lasting relationships with amazing women creatives and a relaxing, cozy and modern work and vacay environment.

More on the business side: you'll walk away with your email funnels and copywriting for your brand and 30+ days of content for blog posts, social media, etc. We'll also have a group mastermind business audit where we discuss YOUR personal struggles and how you'll be able to improve on your business.

I don't think the content will really help me out much... I'm brand new, or I've been around for 5+ years...

We know a lot of our guests may be service providers or physical product creators, they may be brand new or have already been around the block for years, and we know that email sequences and funnels maybe aren't the sexiest form of marketing. But you know what? We absolutely 100% believe that they will help you with your business regardless of how you serve your people. Not sure you believe me? Go ahead and read this blog post <3

We'll also be tackling some heavy duty content writing - drafting blog posts (yes, you definitely need a blog!), batching your social media posts, creating brand word and content banks and more.

We'll be working hard this week and no matter who you serve or how you serve them, we're super confident that you'll get some major work done and momentum going in the right direction, plus, having a mastermind of creatives to back you up will be a refreshing, bonus <3

And worst case scenario? You come to meet and hang with some AMAZING creative women, just like yourself, for a long weekend, poolside, yoga-ing, socializing and getting some work done in the peace of a beautiful home in the warm, Arizona sun.

What part of phoenix is the workcation located?

In Kierland! A fancy part of town, just north of the other fancy part of town, Scottsdale.

The home is around 2 miles away from Kierland Commons, which is a shopping district with shops like Anthropologie, Madewell, Crate & Barrel, West Elm, Apple Store, trendy restaurants, bars and cafes, macron shops, spas and more.

Absolutely! All rooms are available for a $200 deposit with semi-custom payment plans available for the remaining balances

how long do I have to register?

Enrollment will open up first to current Launch Brand Grow Members. Whatever spaces are still available after that will only be available on a first come, first serve basis. We can have between 9-14 guests per Workcation, depending on how many people would like to share rooms, and once they're filled, registration is over! The sooner you're able to get your $200 deposit in, the better chance you have to be included in the 2018 Workcations <3

I can't tell you just how excited I am that you'll be joining us for one of our first ever Workcation Retreats!

After hosting multiple online, virtual summits as well as creating the Launch Brand Grow Community, I just KNEW it was time to actually be able to meet our tribe members in person <3 There's really only SO much that we can experience as friends and creative peers behind the screen, and who can resist some morning yoga and mimosas with girlfriends??

During the week you're here, I'll lead you through some exercises for creating your email funnel and content creation for your social media accounts and blog. After those, we'll actually be able to *IMPLEMENT* these things, rather than being struck by inspiration and then overwhelm immediately afterwards.

I'll be here in person every step of the way for you. We'll have workbooks, prompts, and all kinds of tools to make your content creation as easy and stress-free as possible. We are on vacation, afterall!

With unlimited cups of your caffeine of choice (iced or hot coffee, matcha, chai, yerba matte) and glasses of happy drinks (I did mention that we're on vacation, right??), breakfasts, lunches and snacks, brain-stimulating morning yoga and inspired chats with your creative peers, I think we'll be on our way to a really amazing workcation <3
